Samburu National Reserve: Situated in northern Kenya, this reserve is known for its unique wildlife species, which are adapted to the arid conditions of the region. It is home to the “Samburu Five” (Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and beisa oryx) and is a great place to experience wildlife that is not commonly found in southern Kenya. Uaso Nyiro River: The camp is beautifully situated by the Uaso Nyiro River, providing stunning views of the water and surrounding areas, which attract a variety of animals, particularly elephants and various antelope species.

There are a total number of 19 deluxe en-suite tents, 9 with King or Queen sized beds, 7 with twin beds and 3 with triple beds. Ideal For:

  • Dry Season (June to October): The dry months are ideal for game viewing as animals tend to gather around water sources, making them easier to spot.
  • Wet Season (November to April): While this season is quieter and less crowded, it’s also when the landscape is lush and green. However, some roads in the reserve can become challenging due to rains, so access may be more difficult.
